The previously identified AI opportunities are realized through the introduction of various AI tools. The tool mix is highly individual and never off the shelf. Yes, models like ChatGPT or Google Gemini have emerged as the gold standard for many, but all models have strengths and weaknesses, and often the integration with existing IT infrastructure is a decisive factor. And then there are the highly specialized processes for which nothing off the shelf is sufficient.
For example, our client Marc O`Polo, a fashion label that wanted to use AI to offer their customers the ability to virtually try on clothing. For this purpose, we further developed an AI model that does exactly that. For other major clients, we have also developed database-driven applications that enable them to finally make decades of unstructured collected data usable and actionable.

However, the best AI is only as good as the people using it are trained in its application. Over 2,500 employees of our clients have built their AI competence through our learning programs so far. Burda Media and Marc O`Polo, for example, have successfully completed training series with us on tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney and Gamma. But workshops on specific business processes and how they can be optimized are also part of our offering.
